Not until your lesson has happened. Booking a session only authorises your card — the payment itself is only taken and released to your tutor once the session has actually been delivered.
Can I get a refund if a session is cancelled?
Yes — if a booked session is not delivered for any reason, you are guaranteed a full refund. We will also help you reschedule with another tutor if you prefer.
